Refined Roofing is locally owned and operated and we strive to separate ourselves from other Halifax roofing companies. We believe our service and quality provides all of our customers with piece of mind in knowing that the roof service they are purchasing will reflect their style and provide superior protection from the elements for many years to come. Over the years, the reputation of roofers in Nova Scotia had declined due to the lack of quality workmanship, inferior materials, and fly-by-night companies. Here at Refined Roofing, it is our goal to revitalize the roofing industry and provide the highest quality service and products for our customers here in Halifax.
We put our greatest focus on promptly and professionally serving our customers’ roofing needs with honest and accurate advice and courteous communication. We use nothing but top quality products and materials from manufacturers such as IKO, BP, GAF, and CertainTeed – and also by providing a 24 hour emergency roofing service, 7 days a week to all of our customers’ inquiries.

Alexandra Smith2024-02-12I hired Refined Roofing to redo the roof on my detached garage. The work was very good and completed in snowy adverse conditions following a winter snow storm. Crew chief Justin and his team completed the work promptly and without issue. This included replacing some damaged sheathing and adding a selkirk to the chimney. Overall a very smooth and positive experience.

Our project manager Renaud was a gem! He kept us well informed and followed up regularly during the job. After the job was completed, they cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know they were here. Excellent, excellent work. The roof looks fantastic! We also needed our solar panels removed prior to roofing and reinstalled afterwards. Refined Roofing found us an excellent company to complete this work, and we were extremely happy with them as well - excellent work and reasonably priced. There were some scheduling difficulties, but they were solved efficiently with good communication. All debris and nails were cleaned up before they departed the worksite, my roof looks great and no leaks! Special mention goes out to Dwayne for being onsite every day and Scott the mason for rebuilding the chimney.
